Specifies %wath/%wend: runtime filesystem watchers for mounted desks, per-file %into events, reconciliation semantics (desk as ground truth for existence, disk believed for live edits), and the runtime heuristics for editor save patterns. Reference implementation on the mw/autosync branches of urbit/urbit and urbit/vere.

|autosyncis watched by the runtime via filesystem events, changed files sync individually in both directions, and the event log grows in proportion to actual change volume (vs.|autocommit's per-second polling and full-desk restart resends).Specifies the
